4 have access including me, but most aren't paying attention. And, she more or less simplified the process down to only needing a few outside inputs from us, along with attaching the actual hardware. She had a long time to prepare for it. She was actually setting up to do something similar for her upcoming repairs, too.

If you even want a snowball's chance in hell, I need to know exactly how to parse the repair. Because to be clear, I can tell you easily how to repair the majority of the parts, but I'm sure you would not want to re-introduce yourself to your daughter again. If you want to keep her memories in tact without a proper ATOMOS mechanic, you're going to need my instruction and a small miracle.
Honestly, the number of mechanics that can do this work is in the single digits globally. You're talking to maybe one of 3, and maybe the only one who has done it before successfully. I'm sure you read the reports about "Mae", that was me alone that recalibrated her and kept her memories. She required a complete download-offload-rewrite-upload (stupidly nicknamed DORU process).
When I get this information I'll begin writing a report for your team. I cannot stress enough how tough it will be for untrained people but, like you keep harping about: The impossible is seemingly just a suggestion for her.
Also I can always ask the A-15 in your city who is related to B-33 if she is a criminal like you say, but I'd rather hear it from the source and not have to sneak around like some rat to get information scraps.
